Miss Management

Today the story starts with a topic saying "Miss Management".

I feel everything just starts with "Management".

So what do you think, what can happen if there is weird management around you. Will the things go smooth? Will the things be strong? Will the things be stable? Will you love the work you are doing?

My answer would be NO, I would just hate my Work, I would just go crazy. So I just sometime think that what is the root cause of this kinda management?

I feel management is just not a job, its like always being in touch with people, its like you always being updated with what is going around you, just understand the people and how and what they feel about you, about the work, about the environment. Just give freedom to do the prescribed work in whatever and however manner they want, but but it should be like "I have to submit this work in 3 days, so you have three days to work on this, just be fair and finish it in whatever manner you want, I will not ask you for this work till 2 and half day but then I will be in front of you with only one question 'What is the status of the work which I gave you before 2 and half day ago?'"

I think this is awesome management. And the core thing which I feel is just take the work which you are able to make it done by your people.     

Glamour vs Poverty 

This picture says the story of the difference we see in the stories of different people, their kids, what they have, what they don't have, how glamorous some of them live, how poorly some of them just live to die.

Politics

So have you ever been a target of "Politics"? or are you good in doing a "Politics"? 

Just be aware of this monster. You would not be having any idea of what is actually going in the back of yours. If you see this people you would think that how crazy are they, how much fun they are having but have you ever tried to know the things actually going in that friendship?

So better be aware of this or else have some good classes to learn the best of this politics.

Dilemma

Sometimes our stories stuck in such a point where we don't get any clues of the stories which are connected with our story. 

And we stuck in dilemma..!! There comes a Point in our story where whether to believe in the connecting stories or there would be some third story related to us. And we stuck in dilemma..!!
